As a means of managing anxiety, the founder found solace in baking, leading to a thriving online store that offers delightful products. We constantly innovate, experimenting with fresh recipes, while our customers enjoy genuine feedback and delectable treats made with love and care.

Cindy Najera - Founder & Baker
Hello! I'm Cindy, the proud owner of The Last Crumb, a charming micro bakery. My adventure with sourdough began in 2023, quickly igniting a deep passion within me. Baking became my refuge from anxiety, allowing me to express my creativity through my hands. In the early days of my sourdough journey, I baked loaves to share with family and close friends, often gifting them as a way to practice, experiment, and spread a little joy through homemade goodies. In early 2025, I took a leap of faith and launched The Last Crumb, with the goal of sharing my handcrafted treats with everyone.
At The Last Crumb, I prioritize using organic, fresh ingredients whenever possible, sourcing from local vendors to ensure quality.
